Come explore the full spectrum of fun and playful surrender through a Partner Yoga Workshop. 

Help each other find flexibility and balance in yoga asanas with open ears and an open heart.  The class will encompass partner yoga flow, partner stretches and a taste of giving and receiving yoga massage.  

Join Yoga teachers Kelley Doyle & Whitney Hansen for a playful class focused on friendship, communication, love & exploration. Practice yoga like you live your life (or at least how you want to!) with laughter, connectivity, and helping out a friend or 2 along the way!
