After a decade of practicing yoga, Matt decided he wanted to share with others the physical and mental benefits he had gained through his practice. While living in North Carolina, Matt received his YT-200 certification from Bella Vita Yoga.
Both Hatha and Vinyasa styles influence Matt’s teaching techniques in which an emphasis is placed on alignment and mobility. These are skills that we can carry into our daily lives and other recreational activities. In class, Matt aims to help others find space both in their physical bodies as well as in their minds to help counteract the routines of daily life that often leave us feeling strained and worn out.
