Classes open to all age groups.

The members of the California Yoga Teachers Association recognize the sensitive nature of the
student-teacher relationship. We believe that it is the responsibility of the yoga teacher to ensure a safe and protected environment in which a student can grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.

As a courtesy to your instructors and fellow yogis we ask that you show up for class on time and commit to a full practice from start to finish. Savasana is an integral part of your practice, intended to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Please respect this moment of rest and support our entire community by staying on your mat and refraining from leaving class early.

  • Remove shoes and leave them in the front room
  • Turn cell phones off and leave them outside the studio
  • Arrive quietly a few minutes early, and always sign in
  • Do not enter or leave during savasana or meditation

what to wear?

Wear comfortable clothes, in which you can easily move and sweat,  and bring a water bottle. Comfort and fit are key so you can focus on doing the poses instead of futzing with your outfit.  Go for fitted cropped or full-length leggings. Go for long, fitted tanks because they stay put and keep you covered no matter whether you twist, bend backward, or flip upside down.
