Chelsea Griffin

Chelsea began her yoga practice more than 15 years ago, during which time she explored several styles of yoga including pranayama and meditation. She studied human anatomy and physiology in college and she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jason Crandell. Today, Chelsea teaches vinyasa yoga that is heavily influenced by Iyengar yoga and her formal education. She offers simple yet powerful yoga flows that are approachable and enlightening. Chelsea will teach her students how to develop strength and flexibility within their bodies by communicating precise technique. She also emphasizes using the breath to endure in light of difficulty. Her ultimate goal is for her students to take what they learn about their body while on the mat into their daily lives so they may feel and move better.
