Lauren Robinson, Sierra Shanti Owner and Instructor, Yoga Teacher Trainer and Wellness Retreat Leader is dedicated to healing the mind, body and soul through creative movement and natural health solutions.
Having completed her 200-hour Prana Vinyasa® Yoga certification in Raleigh, NC she transitioned to the west coast and currently resides in Bishop, CA and continues her studies under Shiva Rea, the founder of Prana Vinyasa Yoga.
Lauren manages her own small business, Led by Love Lauren, in which she hosts local and international wellness retreats annually, offers virtual Gut Cleanses, as well as works one-on-one with individuals to invite natural health solutions into daily rhythm for full vitality.
